Our online interactive training explains what the current State and Federal laws are and how to easily comply with them to avoid costly Sexual Harassment and Unlawful Discrimination claims. Employers are encouraged to train their non-supervisory employees as well, so that there will be no doubt in anyone’s mind what constitutes Sexual Harassment and Unlawful Discrimination and what types of conduct will not be tolerated in the workplace.
TRAINING FORMAT:
Our On Line Interactive Training content consists of a “cartoon” slide show featuring examples of Sexual Harassment, Gender and Pregnancy Discrimination/Harassment, retaliation, Unlawful Discrimination, prevention and correction information, investigation techniques, and remedies available to victims of Sexual Harassment and/or Unlawful Discrimination.
Interactive quizzes are placed throughout the training to reinforce the topics discussed. Our On Line Interactive Training is educational and entertaining, without using complicated and boring “legalese” and exceeds all of the requirements mandated by AB 1825/ Government Code Section 12950.1. On-Line training is 2 hours in length.
CERTIFICATION:
Participants will be issued a Certificate of Completion that acknowledges he or she has completed all the mandatory requirements of Sexual Harassment Prevention Interactive Training. Each on line interactive training participant can also download the following two handouts, produced by the Department of Fair Employment & Housing, titled, “The Facts About Sexual Harassment” and “Discrimination Is Against The Law”.
